Tonight I saw improvement in my performance at the YMCA. I've been on their 12 wk program for about 7 weeks now and I hadn't noticed a lot of change.
Tonight I decided to walk on the treadmill. I did 1/2 hr @ 3.7mph on the "Xcountry" route. I barely broke a sweat!
Now, weights are a different story...still having some issues with shoulders and tonight was worse.
