Health goals
According to my health tip-of-the-day we need to ask ourselves if we are doing the following:
The family planning question is a little odd but hey, it's a legit question.
The goal of the month is to try an exercise activity you've never tried.
- enjoying our fav music?
- using the family planning method that works for us and our partner?
- taking a vitamin supp in addition to eating right?
- listening to others & communicating effectively?
- acting like a kid from time to time?
