Damn, Not Gerald too!

(CNN) -- Gerald Levert, the R&B singer whose hits included "I Swear" and "I'd Give Anything," as well as chart-toppers with the groups LeVert and LSG, has died, according to his label, Atlantic Records. He was 40.

This is truly a sad day. My husband came in the house today and said that Gerald Levert passed away and I was like what? He was going to be at the Holiday Star in Merriville Indiana on the 24th of this month. May God bless his family. He was a wonderful entertainer.

Seems like all of our great crooners are checking out, and it's really sad. Luther, Barry, and now my man LeVert. But hey, at least we still have their music, and that will never go away.

Nice site!
