I've mentioned this before but Tara and I are part of a CSA though her church. The farm is Avalon Acres in Hohenwald.
During the Winter we get a lot more meat than in the Summer. Last month we got a "grassfed" beef roast that was very nice and we've gotten some wonderful breakfast sausage.
