Ladies and Gentlemen, CD & the PSB

From the desk of Charlie:

This Wednesday night(August 4th) Charlie Degenhart & The Plastic Soul Band is taking over the French Quarter Cafe in East nashville as a part of Barbara Cloyd's regular writer's night.

7:00 - 7:45: Producer, and occasional Plastic Soul keyboardist/mandolin picker/ harp blower, Clifford Goldmacher has put together an 'in the round' featuring Jeff Middletonand Kevin Douglas.
8:00 - 8:45: Tony Laiolo (Tony is a master of what has come to be known as 'West Coast Jive'. It needs to be heard to be understood. He's got a one hell of a change-up too...) has put together a 'round' as well. Along for the ride is another friend of mine, Doug Gill (Doug has cuts by Tammy Wynette, Patty Loveless, Pam Tillis the Oak Ridge Boys and he's a hell of a ballplayer to boot...) The third slot belongs to the July's Baldwin Songwriting Contest winner and champion of the world, Shawn Byrne.
9:00: Charlie Degenhart and the Plastic Soul... and away we go...

On to the weekend...
Saturday, August 7th we're playin' a set at The End @ Elliston Place (We've really grown to like this place!) The theme for the night is kind of an Americana/Roots Rock thing... the cover is 5 bucks and the lineup looks like this:

10:50 - 11:50 -- Jubil Young
12:10 - 12:50 -- Charlie Degenhart and the Plastic Soul

Charlie
