Uganda Rejects FIFA Proposal

I haven't followed this story but I think it is paramount for ALL of the African Nations to secure the development of the local and national teams. The current and future pool of talent, and consequently, money that can be generated is practically unparalleled. They must work with FIFA to ensure that some of this money and talent at least returns to Africa, and maybe somewhere down the road it will never have to leave. Brazil, indeed most of the Central & South American countries, see it working...with many of their top players staying at home instead of going to Eurpoe.
