My heart goes out to all the folks struggling in NOLA, one of my favorite places on the planet. I know people there and I know how tough it can be (I was there during Andrew) and apparently this is much worse.

Good luck to the uptowners and the downtowners and the NO Eastsiders and the Metarie people etc.
